Düzenli Egzersiz Yapan Bireylerde Olumsuz Değerlendirilme Korkusunun Vücut Algılarını Belirlemedeki Rolü

Abstract: Öz: Bu çalışmanın amacı; düzenli egzersiz yapan bireylerde olumsuz değerlendirme korkusunun vücut algılarını belirleyici rolünün incelenmesidir. Çalışmaya 301 kadın, 259 erkek toplam 560 kişi gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Grup ve bireysel egzersizlerin farklı türlerinde ile uğraşan katılımcıların egzersize katılım süreleri 110.15 ± 54.59 ay olarak hesaplanmıştır.
