Abstract:işletmelerinin 312 çalışanı üzerinde yapılmıştır. Önceki araştırmalardan farklı olarak değişkenlerin alt boyutları da analizlere dahil edilmiştir. Verilerin analiz edilmesinde SPSS ve Process v4.0 yazılımı kullanılmıştır.
