The majority of medical equipment in use today does not have built-in security features. As a result, whether linked to a hospital system or the cloud, these devices’ built-in weaknesses make them vulnerable to a variety of cyberattacks. In hospitals and clinics, hackers can breach equipment, manipulate data, and disrupt facilities, putting patients’ health as well as their lives in jeopardy. A professional can manage cybersecurity threats by lowering the attack surface of the system. Security analysis, whether as a means to detect possible vulnerabilities that can be exploited by attackers or as a means to prevent cyberattacks, plays an important role in risk mitigation. In addition, throughout the pre-market and post-market phases, security checks are required. This study presents a paradigm for incorporating security check concepts into medical device design and development and healthcare big data security. The security of devices and healthcare data is tested by the integrated fuzzy AHP-TOPSIS method. After the security check of devices, with the parameters security-checked for data, the algorithm is designed and implemented. As a result, the appropriate customized security controls are prompted in order to impede the attack.

Ambient Assisted Living (AAL) is a medical surveillance system comprised of connected devices, healthcare sensor systems, wireless communications, computer hardware, and software implementations. AAL could be used for an extensive variety of purposes, comprising preventing, healing, as well as improving the health and wellness of elderly individuals. AAL intends to ensure the wellbeing of elderly persons while also spanning the number of years seniors can remain independent in their preferred surroundings. It also decreases the quantity of family caregivers by giving patients control over their health situations. To avert huge costs as well as possible adverse effects on standard of living, classifiers must be used to distinguish between adopters as well as nonadopters of such innovations. With the development of numerous classification algorithms, selecting the best classifier became a vital and challenging step in technology acceptance. Decision makers must consider several criteria from different domains when selecting the best classifier. Furthermore, it is critical to define the best multicriteria decision-making strategy for modelling technology acceptance. Considering the foregoing, this research reports the incorporation of the multicriteria decision-making (MCDM) method which is founded on the fuzzy method for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) to identify the top classifier for continuing toward supporting AAL implementation research. The results indicate that the classification algorithm KNN is the preferred technique among the collection of different classification algorithms for the ambient assisted living system.

With the development of innovative technology transformation like cloud and Internet of Things (IoT), more technology companies are pursuing research in employing such innovations. Smart homes and cities are just two examples of the many systems and technologies that the IoT can endorse. IoT - based smart objects communicate with other parts, such as proxies, portable devices, as well as data collectors. Although these components help to tackle a number of societal issues and offer users new, cutting-edge services, their confined processing power makes them susceptible to well-known privacy and security attacks. This in turn highlights the demand for a strong technical as well as legislative foundation and asserts the significance of validity and reliability in IoT. This paper provides an insight of the IoT, security, as well as privacy challenges, and also discusses the recommendations for IoT solutions. Further we also highlighting some unresolved problems that require further study.
