Durable alveolar engraftment of PSC-derived lung epithelial cells into immunocompetent mice

Abstract: Durable reconstitution of the injured distal lung epithelium with pluripotent stem cell (PSC) derivatives, if realized, would represent a promising potential therapy for diseases that result from alveolar damage.
