Duodenum-preserving pancreatic head resection and resection of the head of the pancreas combined with segmental duodenectomy

Abstract: one patient of the hereditary group final histology revealed malignancy (p=0.63). Conclusion: There is a non-significant trend towards malignancy in patients with non-hereditary duodenal wall polyps, despite the extensive preoperative workup with repeated gastro-duodenoscopies.
