Abstract: Donohue syndrome (DS) is a rare recessively inherited disorder characterized by severe insulin resistance caused by genetic defects affecting the insulin receptor. The classical clinical characteristics include severe intrauterine growth restriction, craniofacial dysmorphic features, body and skin features, and soft tissue overgrowth.
