Duodenal fistula: The most lethal surgical complication in a case series of radical gastrectomy

Abstract: DF is related with distal tumors and patients submitted to subtotal gastrectomy. It affects not only the postoperative period with high morbidity and mortality rates, but may also have a negative impact on long-term survival.
