Dubowitz syndrome: common findings and peculiar urine odor

Abstract: BackgroundDubowitz syndrome is a rare, autosomal recessive disorder characterized by intrauterine and postnatal growth retardation, severe microcephaly, psychomotor retardation, hyperactivity, eczema, and characteristic dysmorphic facial features.
