Abstract: We present a rolling circle amplification (RCA)-based nanoplatform that integrates dual-targeting, photothermal therapy (PTT), chemodynamic therapy (CDT), gene therapy (GT), and chemotherapy (CT) for synergistic breast cancer therapy.
