The coupling of and coordination between science and technology innovation (STI) and sustainable development (SD) is a basic requirement for Anhui Province’s economic high-quality development. According to panel data of 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province from 2010 to 2021, the entropy method was applied to quantify the comprehensive development level of the two systems. The models of coupling coordination degree, grey GM (1, 1), and ARIMA prediction were constructed to analyze the spatiotemporal dynamic evolution features of the two systems’ coupling coordination. In the time series, the two systems’ comprehensive development showed a steady increase, a high level of coupling, and an increasing overall trend of coupling coordination. Moreover, the two systems’ coupling and coordination levels show the gradient spatial differentiation characteristics of “central > east > west.” The prediction shows that the two systems’ coupling coordination degree exhibits a monotonic increasing trend and reaches the optimal coupling coordination state around 2030. This study provides a decision-making reference for the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy of Anhui Province.

The market scale of electric shavers in China has reached ¥ 26.3 billion in 2021. Consumers currently place an increasing emphasis on the Kansei image conveyed by products rather than just concerning with functional satisfaction. To meet consumers’ expectations, the emotional message conveyed by product design is essential under multisensory channels. This research first collected 230 electric shavers samples and 135 pairs of consumers’ Kansei words, then reduced them into 34 representative samples using multidimensional scale and clustering analysis, with 4 groups of representative Kansei words selected via the expert group. Moreover, consumers’ Kansei images were evaluated via questionnaire using the semantic differential scales, with 416 valid samples acquired in total. Meanwhile, design elements of the samples (including item and category) were classified by ways of morphological analysis and audio software. At last, the prediction models of the electric shavers were established between the overall design elements and user’s Kansei evaluation under the multisensory channel of visual model and auditory audio taking advantage of Quantification Theory Type I , back propagation neural network, and genetic algorithm-based BPNN. The proposed models can provide defined design indexes and references in multisensory design, facilitating designers to design in a logical and scientific manner rather than designing as per experience.

In the rapidly evolving domain of global e-commerce, operational organizations are increasingly grappling with unprecedented competitive pressures and challenges in operational efficiency. This study investigates the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and information management as a transformative approach to augment operational efficiency in e-commerce organizations. The research delves into the optimization of organizational structures, leveraging the predictive capabilities of key information facilitated by AI. A novel decision-making model, integrating AI techniques, is developed to address the limitations inherent in existing decision-making technologies. The model's efficacy is demonstrated through a detailed case study of an e-commerce platform, where objectives and constraints for optimizing e-commerce operational organizations are meticulously constructed. The research identifies critical optimization points, including resource allocation, inventory management, logistics distribution, and customer relationship management. A distinctive organizational operation decision-making model, synergizing with the established Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), is proposed. This model focuses on optimizing variables pivotal to operational efficiency, with the dual goals of elevating efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction. The findings underscore the significant role of AI technology in amplifying decision quality and boosting operational efficiency in e-commerce operational organizations, while also presenting potential applicability to a broader spectrum of organizational types.
