Abstract:New chemical sensors are developed for suitable applications in biochemistry and biology, especially for the easy measurement of low concentrations of chemical and biological elements in liquid media. Robust devices, able to detect a small charge variation, can be associated with nanomaterials on the active surface of the sensor. Sensors based on microelectronic technologies and having high sensitivities due to their specific Dual Gate structure are shown. We demonstrate that, under optimum polarization condit… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
