Dual-feed full-metal-case antenna for WWAN/LTE smartphone applications

Abstract: A dual-feed small size full-metal-case (FMC) antenna for hepta-band LTE/ WWAN operation in smartphone applications is presented. The antenna proposed here is an integrated part of the full metal case located at the top edge of the smartphone, and it only occupies a small volume of 5 mm 3 70 mm 3 6 mm.
