Drug Reaction with Eosinophilia and Systemic Symptoms Associated with a Vancomycin-Impregnated Spacer

Abstract: Drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS) is a severe adverse drug reaction with a mortality rate near 10% characterized by erythematous cutaneous eruption, multiorgan involvement, and hypereosinophilia.
