Drug mechanism enrichment analysis improves prioritization of therapeutics for repurposing

Abstract: Motivation: Targeted therapeutics have the potential for efficacy against tumors with minimal effects on normal tissues. However, predicting effective drugs from molecular signatures remains a challenge.
