Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the potential for drug interactions with therapies for pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Treatments include calcium channel blockers, phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors, endothelin receptor antagonists, guanylate cyclase stimulators, prostacyclin analogues, and prostacyclin receptor agonists.
