Abstract:Drug-induced interstitial lung lesions (DIILL) are one of the most common forms of drug pneumopathy. DIILL account is about 3% in the structure of the entire interstitial lung pathology. Drugs induce various types of lesions of the lung parenchyma, often combining several histopathological patterns.
