Drug-induced interstitial lung disease due to over-the-counter cold medicine taken daily for 25 years: a case report

Abstract: Introduction We report a rare case of drug-induced interstitial lung disease due to over-the-counter cold medicine taken daily for 25 years to clear the patient’s head.
