Drug‐induced accelerated nodulosis: review of the literature

Abstract: Accelerated nodulosis, the rapid progression/extension of preexisting nodules, is a recognized complication of immunomodulatory therapy, occurring mostly in patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated with methotrexate.
