Abstract: Background Jerusalem artichoke (Helianthus tuberosus L.) is a highly stress-resistant crop, especially it grows normally in the desertified land of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in the past two years, and has become a crop with agricultural, industrial and ecological functions.
