Abstract: La signature de la convention AERAS en 2006 a été une avancée majeure en permettant l’accès aux crédits pour des milliers de malades et anciens malades. Aujourd’hui, le projet de loi santé prévoit la mise en place d’un droit à l’oubli pour les malades de cancers.
