Driver Understanding and Secondary Task Performance While Viewing Traffic Safety Messages on Dynamic Message Signs

Abstract: Many agencies use dynamic message signs to display behavioral traffic safety (BTS) messages (e.g., CLICK IT OR TICKET, DONT DRINK AND DRIVE).
