Abstract:Poorly differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PDNEC), are a subtype of pancreatic cancer encompassing both small cell and large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma subtypes, and are characterized as distinct in terms of biology and prognosis compared to the more common pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
