Abstract: Proteus mirabilis is a Gram-negative bacterium that is frequently implicated in urinary tract infections in humans and companion animals and has also been associated with foodborne infections in several countries. Here, we report the draft genome sequences of two P. mirabilis isolates recovered from municipal wastewater.
