Abstract: A putative plant growth-promoting endophytic Streptomyces moderatus strain, DT446, was isolated from the root nodules of Casuarina cunninghamiana in Tamil Nadu, India. We report a draft genome sequence for S. moderatus DT446, with 8,168,245 bp and a GC content of 70.9%.
