Draft Genome Sequence of Stenotrophomonas daejeonensis Strain NLF4-10 Isolated from Livestock Wastewater

Abstract

Here, we report the draft genome sequence of Stenotrophomonas daejeonensis strain NLF4-10, isolated from a livestock wastewater treatment plant in Nonsan, Republic of Korea. The whole-genome sequence of S. daejeonensis strain NLF4-10 was analyzed using the Pacific Biosciences Sequel and Illumina NovaSeq sequencing platforms.
