Abstract:Background
Early complications and their surgical management after esophageal atresia (EA) correction aren’t largely described in the literature. Anastomotic stricture and anastomotic leakage are the most commonly described. Those, along with iatrogenic chylothorax, are safely managed with a conservative approach.
