Downlink Cofrequency Interference Analysis of Vehicles and UAV Network in Ka Band

Abstract: With the rapid development of radio and computer technologies, the application scenarios of UAV carrying computer flight control systems are becoming more and more abundant. UAV can form a collaborative network with ground IoV (Internet of Vehicle) to improve the link quality of vehicle signals in some environments with poor network connectivity. For UAV and ground vehicles that are far apart, satellites can assist in the transmission of data between them. UAVs are allowed to be included in the satellite commu… Show more

“…In this subsection, we present the most recent studies conducted on drone interference schemes ( [160][161][162]), inter-cell interference schemes ( [163][164][165][166]), co-channel interference schemes ( [167][168][169][170]), and mutual interference schemes ( [171][172][173]) in UAVs, based on the interference management schemes used for mitigating these types of interference, as follows: a.…”

“…In [169], the authors investigated the downlink interference problem of the UAV and internet of vehicles (IoVs) cooperative network that exists in the same region. In which the compatibility of frequency between UAVs and IoVs operating in the Ka-band is studied to quantify the separation distance necessary to avoid co-channel interference between UAVs and IoVs.…”
