Down Syndrome: A Review for the Dental Professionals

Abstract: Abstract:This article is aimed to provide general and pediatric dentists with the essential knowledge to provide care to children with Down syndrome. The features of Down syndrome, the medical and dental issues which may be present in a child with Down syndrome, and how might these may impact on dental care, will be presented in this article.
