Abstract: Background: We investigated the mortality, social deprivation, comorbid conditions and healthcare use of Individual with Down’s syndrome (IDS) relative to the non-IDS general population. Methods: We selected 98% of the 52.4 million people <65 years of age present in the national health data system for a cross-sectional study in 2019.
