Abstract:Douglas Stuart led the charge at the University of Arizona for interdisciplinary programs in neuroscience and physiological sciences and the recruitment of an invertebrate neurobiology group. He also facilitated the recruitment of a learning and memory group, and an interdisciplinary program in biomedical engineering.
