Double primary tumors of the pancreas

Abstract: Rationale:Adenocarcinoma and neuroendocrine tumors are a very rare combination of double primary pancreas tumor.Patient concerns:A Whipple operation was initially performed on a 64-year-old man to remove an adenocarcinoma.
