Double innominate osteotomy and the Smith-Petersen technique in the treatment of developmental hip disorder

Abstract: In this paper we discuss the advantages and disadvantages of double osteotomy procedures compared with others that are used in the correction of developmental hip disorder. The best solution is adequate and timely diagnosis with proper correction of the deformity.
