Dose‐adjusted EPOCH‐R is a safe and well tolerated outpatient treatment regimen in double‐hit lymphoma

Abstract: Background: Double-hit lymphoma (DHL) is an aggressive subtype of high-grade B-cell lymphoma with inferior prognosis using standard dose chemotherapy.
