Abstract: SOMMAIRELe dosage individuel par chromatographie en phase gazeuse de la phérorinone 1 (acide céto-9 décène-2 oïque ou « Substance Royale ») dans les têtes des reines met en évidence l'existence de concentrations très variables. Un bref traitement par le gaz carbonique réduit en partie l'activité des glandes mandibulaires royales en agissant sur la sécrétion de la phérormone I.
