Abstract:Presentamos dos casos de demencia de inicio antes de los 65 años de edad con apraxia y manifestaciones visuoespaciales, en los cuales no hay trastornos de memoria y de la conducta, y con diferentes grados de evolución a demencia. Las imágenes estructurales del cerebro demuestran atrofia parieto-occipital. Ambos casos reúnen los criterios de atrofia cortical posterior (ACP).
