Doppler-Lidar Evaluation of HRRR-Model Skill at Simulating Summertime Wind Regimes in the Columbia River Basin during WFIP2

Abstract: Complex-terrain locations often have repeatable near-surface wind patterns, such as synoptic gap flows and local thermally forced flows.
