Abstract: This work explores Doppler information from a millimetre-Wave (mm-W) Frequency-Modulated Continuous-Wave (FMCW) scanning radar to make odometry estimation more robust and accurate. Firstly, doppler information is added to the scan masking process to enhance correlative scan matching.
