Doppelte und dreifache In‐vivo‐Funktionalisierung von Proteinen mit synthetischen Aminosäuren

Abstract: Statt vieler Schritte nur einer: Die hier vorgestellte Methode ermöglicht den simultanen In‐vivo‐Einbau von zwei oder drei verschiedenen synthetischen Aminosäuren in ein Protein in einem einzigen Expressionsexperiment unter Verwendung polyauxotropher Escherichia‐coli‐Stämme. Im Bild ist das genutzte Modellprotein ψ‐b* mit den ausgetauschten Aminosäuren gezeigt.
