Doping tuned rectifying properties in La2−xSrxCuO4/Nb:SrTiO3 heterojunctions

Abstract: Here, we carried out a study on strontium doping effect on the rectifying properties of La2−xSrxCuO4 (LSCO)/NSTO heterojunctions. The intimate relationship between the change in electronic structure of LSCO and the variation of diffusion potential (Vd) of the junction supports opportunities for detecting Fermi level shift and superconducting gap evolution of LSCO upon hole doping. The results agree well to generally perceived viewpoints obtained by other methods. Even the suppression of Fermi level shift in th… Show more

“…This equalization, however, can be easily achieved, for example by using extra OAM sorters followed by filters with different transmission rates. The span of values that can be sorted by a single sorter has also grown, though more slowly [26][27][28][29][30][31][32].…”

“…The fabrication process of a high-quality thin film was one of the major research works for the application goal of this high- T c film (Cieplak et al , 1994; Liang et al , 1995; Geerk et al , 2001). After many years, the study of monolayer film has been moving toward maturity, and many research works have turned to building heterogeneous structures, such as the p–n junction (Xiang et al , 2007; Shi et al , 2008; Guo et al , 2009; Chen et al , 2010; Yin et al , 2010). Besides results on building a heterogeneous structure, recently also results on preparing bilayers or multilayer films using different doped LSCO materials and studying the interaction between the films were reported (Caviglia et al , 2008; Ueno et al , 2008; Biscaras et al , 2010; Koren and Millo, 2010; Rout and Budhani, 2010; Bollinger et al , 2011).…”
