Door-to-Needle Time and the Factors Impeding Thrombolysis of Acute Stroke Patients at a Tertiary Care Center in India

Abstract: Background: Intravenous thrombolysis for acute ischemic stroke is time-sensitive with a narrow window period for treatment initiation.
