Abstract:In Brazil, domestic workers had an unfavorable legal treatment in relation to other workers for a long time. This legal inequality was mitigated with Constitutional Amendment (EC) 72/2013 – which extended rights related to workers’ health for the group – and Complementary Law (LC) 150/2015 – focused on, above all, on rights related to working hours.
