Dome-Shaped Periorbital Papule

Abstract: A 76-year-old woman presented with a slowly growing, asymptomatic, 5-mm, pink-brown, dome-shaped papule adjacent to the left lateral canthus of several years' duration. Dermoscopic examination revealed fine linear peripheral blood vessels. The lesional cells were positive with cytokeratin 7, estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor, chromogranin, synaptophysin, and neuron-specific enolase.
