Domains II and III of Bacillus thuringiensis Cry1Ab toxin remain exposed to the solvent after insertion of part of domain I into the membrane.

Abstract: PAGE 19111:An error has been detected in the methodology description of "Insertion of Cry1Ab Mutant Toxin into the BBMV." The samples used in Western blot assays were not boiled.
