Abstract: BACKGROUND: No gold standard therapy was approved globally for COVID-19 pneumonia to the date of this study. The pathophysiology of SARS-CoV-2 infection displayed the predominance of hyperinflammation and immune dysregulation in inducing multiorgan damage.
