Abstract: OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the tax of embryo's development, embryo quality, chemical pregnancy and microbiological evaluation of the means of embryos' cultivation from patients attended at the Human Reproduction Laboratory of the conventional laboratory and after the adjustment of RDC n° 23 de 2011, when it started to be classified as ISO 5/7 laboratory in 2013 and 2014.
