Does Member Familiarity Help or Hinder Innovation? The Roles of Expertise and Dialogic Coordination

Abstract: Organizations increasingly rely on flexible work arrangements such as innovation task forces and quickly assemble members with diverse expertise needed to create innovative solutions to problems.
