Abstract

A literature search was carried out in the PubMed and Cochrane databases for the last 10 years. An analysis of the literature has shown that IVF with PGT-A technology has significant advantages over traditional IVF; The technology has a number of technical and financial limitations, which makes it difficult to massively introduce technology into the practice of reproductive medicine, therefore at this stage there should be clear indications for using IVF with PGT-A.
