Abstract:The Indian Golden Gecko Calodactylodes aureus is an endangered, Scheduled I geckonid lizard. It is endemic to Peninsular India. It is rediscovered by many scientists in the recent past, redefining its distribution and raising lot of concerns of conservation issues.
