Does Corporate Social Responsibility Improve Community Satisfaction?

Abstract: Corporate Social Responsibility is a form of corporate responsibility to stakeholders. PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Tarakan developed a mangrove conservation ecotourism program to avoid degradation in the area by involving the surrounding community.
