Abstract: Abstract:The aim of our study was to investigate the effects of Aliskiren on the blood pressure values as well as on the myocardial function, assessed by GLS (global longitudinal strain) in patients with uncontrolled АH (arterial hypertension) and diastolic dysfunction.
